A man is in a critical condition after jumping from a fourth-floor flat in Barcelona's Marina de Port neighbourhood, following a stabbing in which three other people were injured.
The incident took place at about 7.30am on Sunday 6 September in a block near the Campana building on Gran Via de les Corts Catalanes, in the Sants-Montjuïc district. Mossos d'Esquadra, Catalonia's regional police force, are investigating the circumstances.
Three people injured inside shared flat
Three men lived in the flat, according to reporting by ElCaso. The partner of one of the residents had stayed there overnight.
One resident allegedly entered the bedroom where the couple were sleeping and stabbed his flatmate. The woman was injured while attempting to intervene, and the third resident was also hurt after going to the room when he heard calls for help.

- The alleged attacker was critically injured after jumping from the fourth floor.
ElCaso reported that the alleged attacker also injured himself before the fall. Mossos d'Esquadra have opened an investigation to establish what happened.
