Expanded Fair Aims to Boost Employment
The Impulsa’t Employment Fair will take place on 29 October at the Recinte Firal La Farga Congress in L'Hospitalet, bringing together 40 companies seeking professionals, double the number from last year’s edition. Extended Hours for Workshops and Speed Interviews
This year’s event will run from 9:00 to 18:00, adding three hours to the previous schedule. The extended timeframe will allow for conferences, specialised workshops on job searching, artificial intelligence in recruitment, and professional development. Participants can engage in speed job dating sessions, where short interviews are conducted between candidates and company representatives. An exhibition area will host businesses, services, and organisations, including members of the Anadromes Network and municipal employment support services.
How to Take Part
Attendance is free and open to all. Those wishing to participate must reserve a spot via the registration form on the Local Dynamization website. Once submitted, applicants will receive a confirmed interview time from the organisers. Job vacancies linked to the fair are available for consultation on the same portal, which also provides access to training, entrepreneurship resources, and support for people with functional diversity seeking employment.
