Transports Metropolitans de Barcelona (TMB) will launch a new circular bus route around Spotify Camp Nou on 27 August, operating two hours before and up to one and a half hours after FC Barcelona home matches. The service, running every 15 minutes, aims to maintain connectivity for residents in the Les Corts district during match-day traffic restrictions.

The route addresses long-standing complaints from locals in La Maternitat i Sant Ramon, who have faced severe mobility disruptions during match days. Under the new plan, the bus will link key points around restricted zones, preserving access between neighbourhoods and connections to the regular bus network.

Route Details and Service Times

The 6-kilometre circular route will begin and end near the Ernest Lluch interchange on Camí de Torre Melina. It will pass through Collblanc, Avinguda de Madrid, Gran Via de Carles III, Avinguda Diagonal, Doctor Marañón and Avinguda de Xile. The full loop is estimated to take 32 minutes.

TMB warns that journey times and frequency may vary depending on traffic conditions, especially during peak match-day congestion. Information on the route will be available via TMB’s official channels, and affected stops will feature specific signage.

Changes to Team Coach Access

This is a well-worked measure with the local community, TMB, mobility services and the Guàrdia Urbana.

David Escudé, district councillor for Les Corts, described the new service as a collaborative effort with residents, TMB, mobility agencies and the Guàrdia Urbana. He welcomed the changes as a step toward better coexistence between fans and locals.

In another adjustment, team buses will now enter the stadium via Access X on Travessera de les Corts, travelling in reverse direction. This change avoids Carrer Arizala, reducing disturbance to nearby residents. The new access and bus route will be implemented ahead of the first home league match of the season.
