GRAVITEO Urban Sports Festival will hold its first edition at the Circuit de Barcelona-Catalunya in Montmeló from 17 to 19 July 2026, bringing climbing, skateboarding, roller freestyle and scooter competitions to the motorsport venue.

For residents and visitors planning to attend, entry and parking are free but require prior registration. The festival’s official ticket page is the channel named for registration.

According to the Spanish Federation of Mountain and Climbing Sports (FEDME), more than 700 athletes are expected to take part across eight official competitions. The event is promoted by Prensa Ibérica and the Generalitat de Catalunya, Catalonia’s regional government.


International climbing events and national championships

FEDME will bring two international climbing fixtures to Montmeló: the European Boulder Championship and a World Climbing Europe Series speed-climbing event. The programme will also include a round of the Spanish Nordic Walking Cup.

The festival programme also includes public participation and leisure activities, alongside music and urban-culture programming, according to the GRAVITEO festival website.

“We will put Catalonia at the centre of international climbing,” said FEDME president Bernat Clarella at the festival presentation.

People wishing to enter the Circuit de Barcelona-Catalunya or use the free parking during the 17–19 July festival must register in advance through the official GRAVITEO ticket page.
