Castelldefels remains under level 2 of the Municipal Action Plan for Forest Fire Risk (PAM INFOCAT) as of Monday 7 September 2026, due to a high risk of forest fires. This pre-alert phase, which does not constitute a formal emergency activation, is a preventive measure to reinforce coordination among municipal services and emergency groups.
