Three people were arrested on Tuesday morning as Mossos d'Esquadra, Catalonia's regional police force, investigated a shooting in La Mina, Sant Adrià de Besòs, on 12 May. The operation involved raids in five municipalities and the seizure of six firearms.
For residents of La Mina, the operation concerns the shooting on Saturn Street, where no injuries were reported. The investigation remains open and the material seized is being examined in connection with that incident.
The Mossos arrested two men and one woman during the operation, which was deployed mainly in the Barcelona area.
Raids conducted in five municipalities
About 150 Mossos officers took part, including criminal investigation officers, public-order units, dog handlers, drone teams and forensic police.

Shots fired from a vehicle on Saturn Street
The 12 May incident took place at about 6.15pm, according to reporting from the scene. Occupants of a Volkswagen Touran allegedly fired from the vehicle on Saturn Street before leaving the area.
Witnesses called 112 after hearing what appeared to be gunshots. Police later found spent cartridge cases on the ground, and reporting indicated that around 15 shots had been fired, with no reported injuries.
