Check Your Electoral Data by October 19
Residents of Esplugues can consult the electoral roll and file claims from October 12 to 19, 2026, to ensure their details are correct ahead of the general elections on November 29. This period allows voters to verify their registration and request corrections if errors are found. The electoral roll for residents in Spain will be publicly available during this week-long window, as confirmed by the National Statistics Institute (INE) in its official press release dated October 9, 2026. A total of 38,728,356 people are eligible to vote nationwide, including 35,958,711 residents in Spain.
Where and How to Consult the Roll
Citizens can check their details online via the electronic headquarters of the INE, or in person at Citizen Attention Points (PAC) in Esplugues at Plaça Santa Magdalena, 24, and Rambla Verge de la Mercè, 1. A valid form of identification such as a DNI, NIE, passport, or driver's license is required for in-person consultations. Claims regarding registration errors must also be submitted within the same timeframe, by October 19 inclusive.
It is important to review your data during the established period, as October 19th is the last day to file claims and correct any possible errors in the electoral roll.
Find Your Polling Station After October 20
From October 20 until election day, November 29, voters can continue to access their electoral information, including the location of their assigned polling station. This data will be available both at PAC offices and through the INE’s online portal. Voter information cards, which include details of polling stations and voting tables, will be sent by mail starting November 2.
The general elections were officially called by Royal Decree 806/2026, published in the Official State Gazette (BOE) on October 6, following the dissolution of the Cortes Generales. The campaign period will officially begin on November 13.
