Barcelona is the main place to be this weekend, with neighbourhood festivals leading the line-up from 25 to 28 June 2026. Expect correfocs, giants, human towers, live music, family events, flea markets and guided walks across several districts.

In Sant Antoni, the summer festival is centred on Avinguda Mistral and Entença. The programme includes DJ sets on Friday 26 June at 10pm, water games at 10.30am and a communal lunch at 1pm on Saturday 27 June, plus a concert at 6.30pm and more DJ sets at 11pm. On Sunday 28 June, there is a correaigua at noon, an omelette contest at 1.30pm and Filipino food at 2pm. Full details are listed on the Ajuntament’s agenda.

Also on Saturday evening, Sant Antoni hosts a correfoc at 9pm on Avinguda Mistral. It is a traditional fire run with devils, dragons and fireworks moving through the streets. The event is free, and the nearest metro stops are Poble Sec and Rocafort. More information is available on the official Barcelona agenda.

In Ciutat Vella, the Festa Major del Casc Antic reaches its final stretch this weekend. On Saturday 27 June there is a giants’ gathering in the streets of Sant Pere, Santa Caterina i la Ribera, followed by a human towers display on Sunday 28 June at midday in a main square in the same area. The route for the correfoc on Sunday evening may include Sant Pere de les Puel·les and Santa Maria del Mar churches. See the Barcelona City Council page for the festival details.

Elsewhere in the city, Festa de la Vinya takes place in la Marina de Port, with water games, a community lunch and live music at the Jardins Ca l’Alena. If you want more Barcelona coverage, our Community page has local events and neighbourhood news, while the Sport page covers fixtures and city sport updates.

For readers planning a fuller weekend, Barcelona’s flea markets and guided walks are also part of the mix. The city’s summer calendar is busy, but the neighbourhood festas remain the clearest way to see local traditions in action.
