Six years ago, we started Barcelona English Speakers with a simple idea: bringing people together so they can make friends, build connections and feel more at home in the city.
Our first meetups began around three years ago as small gatherings of five to ten people. Since then, the community has grown steadily, with more than 250 people now regularly registering for our events.
This Friday, we are bringing the community together at Lemon Tree Chiringuito, a relaxed setting where it is easy to start conversations and meet people from different backgrounds. The event is designed to be welcoming and open, with everyone encouraged to be receptive to talking to someone new.
Whether you have recently arrived in Barcelona, are looking to expand your social circle, or simply want to spend an enjoyable evening meeting interesting people, this is a chance to connect in a friendly and informal atmosphere.
There is no charge to attend. Arrive before 8:30 p.m. and you will also receive a free shot. For anyone who wants to continue the evening afterwards, possible plans will be shared in the BCN Ravers group, or contact one of the organisers for more details.
