The spectacle comes a year after Desigual celebrated its 40th anniversary with a high-profile show by the Hotel W, confirming the label’s taste for staging open-air extravaganzas at the city’s most recognisable landmarks. Founded in 1984 in the Raval by Swiss designer Thomas Meyer, Desigual has long traded on bold colours, eclectic cuts and an unapologetically playful style — a formula it continues to expand into more upscale collections.
Among those attending the Tres Xemeneies show were stars of music, film, and fashion, from chart-topping singers to internationally known actors and models. The event underlined Barcelona’s position as both Desigual’s creative heart and a stage for global trends, blending local roots with international ambition.
