Officers searched the flat, which police considered a drug-selling point, and inspected its mailbox. Behind old advertising leaflets, they found the cocaine. The report said the alleged occupants had stored it there so it would be outside the flat if police entered, while remaining close to the street for a possible buyer. - About 500 grams of cocaine were found in the mailbox. - Officers also seized €11,000 in cash from the flat. - They found 265 grams of gold jewellery, which police suspect may have been used to buy drugs. --- ## Residents can report suspected dealing and nuisance El Periódico reported that police received numerous neighbourhood complaints before the operation, including concerns about buyers’ behaviour and drug consumption near the building.
