# Terra i Gust returns to Ciutadella with 14 restaurants

[Terra i Gust](https://barna.news/terra-i-gust-festival-returns-to/), [La Mercè](https://barna.news/whats-on-la-merce/)’s sustainable food fair, will return to Passeig dels Til·lers in Parc de la Ciutadella from 25 to 27 September for its sixth edition. Residents and visitors will be able to choose from 28 dishes prepared by 14 local restaurants, with half of the proposals vegetarian.

The fair focuses on local trade and food made with organic, nearby and seasonal ingredients. The event is part of Barcelona’s La Mercè festivities.

## Fourteen restaurants and 28 dishes

The participating restaurants are Aguaribay, Bar El Pepino, Bar Súper, Bistrot Levante, Casa Xica, El Brot LH, El Filete Ruso, Espai Puntal, Fat Veggies, GastroGaratxe, Mescladís, Mosquito, Teòric Taverna Gastronòmica and Uniko.

Uniko represents Shanghai, the guest city for La Mercè 2026.

- Six local craft beer producers selected with the Barcelona Beer Festival.
- Natural wines from L’Olivera (Can Calopa), Rabassaires, Celler Nessu, Terra Buxena and Clot de les Soleres.
- Organic kombucha from Lov Kombucha.
- Seasonal artisan ice cream from Delacrem and speciality coffee from The Milk & Coffe, served using a pedal-powered coffee bicycle.

## Local producers and cooking activities

Six small local producers will also have stalls selling organic fruit and vegetables, fermented products, chocolate, raw cow’s milk cheeses, bread and pastries, oil, honey, wine and preserves.

The Aula de Cuina programme will include cooking demonstrations, workshops and games.
