The walk, part of the Barnatresc programme, starts and ends at Parc Joan Miró in Barcelona, near the Tarragona metro station on line 3\. The event is open to all and does not require prior registration. However, participants must hold a Barnatresc card to validate their journey. Three barcode scans are required: one at the start, one at the refreshment point on Rambla Marina, and one upon return to the finish. ## Route Through Two Cities The path enters L’Hospitalet after passing through Parc de la Font Florida and Plaça Ildefons Cerdà. It continues through Parc de l’Alhambra and crosses the elevated walkway over the railway to reach Rambla Marina, where a checkpoint with medical support, toilets, water and light refreshments will be available between 22:00 and 23:00\. From there, walkers follow Avinguda del Carrilet, Santa Eulàlia de Provençana, Plaça de l’Escorça and Carrer de Santa Eulàlia before returning to Barcelona along Rambla de Badal. The final stretch passes through Parc de l’Espanya Industrial ahead of the return to Parc Joan Miró. --- ## Practical Support and Sustainability Rules Water will only be provided to those carrying reusable containers, in line with the ‘Residus = Zero’ initiative. While organisers offer basic supplies at the Rambla Marina checkpoint, participants are advised to bring their own food and drink. Toilets, medical services and PA systems will be available at the start and finish points. An escort team will remove signage after the start zone closes, and checkpoints may close early if the team arrives ahead of schedule. > Participants are reminded that the Rambla Marina control point may close before 23:00 if the escort team reaches it early. A companion civic and cultural activity, Barnatresc Curiós, may take place earlier the same day from 09:00, subject to confirmation.
