The Dutch bank will reopen at 409 Carrer d'Aragó in Eixample on Wednesday 21 October, a 30-minute walk from its current location. The new premises, previously occupied by a Ford dealership until 2023, have stood vacant for approximately three years. ING will open in the renovated space with improved facilities aimed at enhancing customer service, according to a client communication issued by the bank. ING, formerly known as ING Direct, took over the Meridiana site from Citroën, which had operated a dealership there for two years before the bank moved in. The transition from one former car dealership to another underscores the changing commercial use of these urban spaces. Customers have been informed of the change and assured that efforts are being made to make the relocation as smooth as possible. "We know that an office change may cause you some inconvenience, and we greatly appreciate your understanding. For our part, we are preparing the move to make the change as easy as possible for you," the bank stated. --- ## Current and Future Branch Locations Until its closure on 20 October, the Meridiana branch is open Monday to Thursday from 8:00 to 19:00, Friday from 8:00 to 14:30, and Saturday from 9:00 to 13:45\. The new Eixample branch at 409 Carrer d'Aragó will take over services starting 21 October. ING maintains another office in Barcelona at 475 Avinguda Diagonal and a branch in Sabadell at 10–12 Carrer Pi i Margall.
