Previously, users faced considerable challenges accessing the underground, especially due to the closure of the entrance at the start of Rambla Guipúzcoa near Meridiana. This meant longer routes and difficulties for those with specific mobility needs. Now, users with prams, shopping trolleys, or luggage can easily navigate the station. The L1 section became accessible last autumn, reopening that key entrance. Sílvia Paneque, Minister for Territory, highlighted the broader commitment.
