The Mossos d’Esquadra detained a man in Cornellà de Llobregat last Thursday, accused of a crime against the sexual freedom of a minor under 16, who is reportedly the daughter of his partner.

The court received the detained man on Saturday. Consequently, he has been placed in provisional prison, communicated and without bail. This development follows a swift police investigation triggered by the mother’s alarming discovery.
