It also enables shared use of surveillance technologies, including access by Mossos d'Esquadra to the city’s municipal video surveillance system during emergencies, public safety incidents, or criminal investigations. Operational protocols will be developed to implement the agreement, including updates to coordination bodies such as the Local Security Board, the Urban Security Council, and district-level prevention councils.
