The [Barcelona Metro](https://www.tmb.cat/en/barcelona-transport/operating-hours-metro-bus?ref=barna.news) will run for 43 consecutive hours over New Year’s Eve and New Year’s Day, offering uninterrupted service to support the city’s celebrations. So, eight metro lines and 165 stations will remain operational throughout.

Special Barcelona Metro Plan for New Year’s Eve TMB has created a special operational plan for the conventional metro lines. The company strongly recommends the metro as the best public transport option for accessing this area.

Passengers are advised to follow all instructions from staff, public address announcements, and signage. From 7pm on 31 December, bus lines 13, 23, 150, X3.The red route of the Barcelona Bus Turístic will diverted.
