Plainclothes officers performing prevention duties near the Camí de la Foixarda spotted two people engaging in a *botellón* (street drinking party). ## Heavy Haul of Poppers and Narcotics

The police inventory of the seized items listed various quantities of ecstasy, marijuana, hashish, and cocaine. However, the most prominent discovery was a cache of 23 bottles of popper.

Popper is a liquid chemical inhalant known for inducing short-lived euphoria and muscle relaxation. While often associated with club culture, possession of such a large quantity, alongside a precision scale, points towards intent to supply rather than personal use.

Consequently, both individuals were detained on the spot and charged with a crime against public health for drug trafficking.
